These terms apply when you buy from this store. Please read them before ordering.
WHO YOU'RE BUYING FROM
VALLIÈRE sells watches online to customers in Australia. The business is operated from Israel.
PRICES
• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
• The price shown on the product page is the full price of the item. Any shipping cost is shown before you pay.
• We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we can't ship to your address. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.
SHIPPING
Your watch is shipped from our supplier overseas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and postal delays outside our control.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
We describe our watches as accurately as we can, including their limitations. Two things worth knowing:
• Colours can look slightly different on your screen than in person.
• Mechanical watches keep time less precisely than quartz watches. Ours gains and loses a small amount of time each day, and stops if it isn't worn. That is how the movement works, not a fault.
RETURNS
Our returns and refunds terms form part of these terms.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
OUR LIABILITY
Subject to your rights above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.
USING THIS WEBSITE
Please don't copy our text or images, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, where the business is operated. This does not affect the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law as an Australian consumer, which continue to apply.
