Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your watch. If you're not, here's exactly what happens.

CHANGED YOUR MIND — 30 DAYS

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind.

• The watch must come back unworn, undamaged, and in its original box.
• You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return.
• Email us first. We'll send you return instructions — please don't post anything back before you hear from us, or we may not be able to trace it.
• Once the watch arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 business days.

IF THE WATCH IS FAULTY

If your watch arrives damaged, doesn't run, or isn't what was described, you don't need to post anything back.

• Email us within 30 days with a photo or a short video showing the problem.
• Once we've seen it, we'll refund you in full at no cost to you. You won't pay for postage, and you won't need to return the watch.

One thing worth knowing: an automatic watch that has stopped is usually not faulty. These watches wind themselves from the movement of your wrist, and they wind down after a day or two off the wrist. Turn the crown about 25 times and put it on. If it still won't run, that is a fault — contact us.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply regardless of the timeframes set out above.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders are usually passed to our supplier within a few hours. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as you can and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. If it has already shipped, treat it as a change-of-mind return above.
